The Sinulog Festival of Cebu is just a tick away. It is the grandest of all festivals in the Philippines which falls on January 18 to 20 this year. The festivities are expected to draw between 1 and 2 million people to witness another historic event unfolding. The festival is in honor of the Holy Child Jesus (Santo Niňo).
